Westfield Commons

Westfield Commons constitutes the second phase of rehabilitation within the historic Rau Fastener Complex. This phase included the transformation of the historic Charles W. Perkins Building, a rare surviving wood framed mill building originally constructed in 1892, into a mixed-use complex. Today the building includes sixteen market-rate and affordable living units on the first and second floors as well as 5,000 square feet of commercial office space. The office space features a gracious lobby/reception area, three private offices and a spacious conference room. With the restoration of 166 previously-covered window openings, each space is bright and airy with views to the outdoors.
