Stillwater Mill Lofts
DBVW Architects rehabilitated an early 20th-century worsted mill to provide one, two and three-bedroom affordable and market-rate housing in northern Rhode Island. The project, which is part of a larger effort to create a village center for the Town, has created 47 housing units within a historic mill building. The exterior of the building was restored, while inside, the new apartments incorporate sustainable elements such as low-consumption plumbing fixtures, recycled materials, daylighting, and geothermal heating and cooling.

His love of fishing consumes a great deal of his free time, as do his three sons, and you will often find them together on Narragansett Bay chasing striped bass.
