Edge College Hill Two is a proposed mixed-use residential project in downtown Providence. Located at 131 Canal Street and within the College Hill National Historic Landmark District this new 11-story high-rise is directly adjacent to three contributing historic structures. The project is comprised of 117 one bedroom apartments and 46 studio units for a total of 163 apartments, and includes approximately 8,400 SF of first floor commercial space. Amenities for the residential units include a fitness center and first floor lobby/gathering space. These modernly furnished apartments will primarily be marketed towards students.
