East Side Residence
Designed for an active family with young children, this modern residence replaced an early 20th century house in an established neighborhood on Providence’s East Side. The ell-shaped plan parallels each street on the corner lot, enclosing a private back yard with lap pool, spa, and large covered porch. The design features high ceilings, contemporary details, custom millwork, a climbing wall for children and a gym with sauna and exterior exercise deck. The home was skillfully constructed by Suburban Renewal Master Builders.

Doug’s experience with historic, low income, and new market tax credits has helped numerous important projects move forward and has solidified many long-term client relationships. His love of fishing consumes a great deal of his free time, as do his three sons, and you will often find them together on Narragansett Bay chasing striped bass.
