Brown University Office of College Admissions

Brown University hired the Design-Build team of DBVW Architects and Shawmut Design and Construction to renovate an existing 41,000 square-foot, two-story stucco building. DBVW Architects designed the renovation of the first floor to house Brown University’s Department of Continuing Education. The firm then renovated the second floor for Brown’s Department of Admissions. The project involves minor site improvements; repairing portions of the existing exterior envelope; and renovating over 12,000 square feet on the second floor to accommodate the Office of College Admission, including all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
