Adelaide Avenue Neighborhood Revitalization

Located in the South Elmwood Historic District of Providence, this neighborhood revitalization project created 47 units of affordable rental and for-sale housing through the restoration of 14 historic houses and the construction of one new building. DBVW Architects carefully restored the exterior of each historic building and interiors were upgraded to accommodate family housing. The project has had a significant and positive effect on the urban neighborhood in which it is located.
