It was a great turnout at the Rhode Island Minorities in Architecture & Design (RIMiAD) meetup sponsored by DBVW during DESIGNxRI's Design Week. Over 90 people from the design industry showed up to get to know each other at Mt. Fuji Japanese Steakhouse in Providence, RI. RIMiAD regularly organizes events such as this to promote its mission to build greater representation for minorities in the local architecture and design community and provide opportunities for people to connect and grow.
