The project features a publicly accessible urban square designed to become a focal point of the area as well as enhance connection of the area via Ship Street to the Providence Waterfront The project will provide 20,000 SF floor plates, greatly needed in the Providence commercial real estate market, and includes a 232 car parking garage.
