DBVW Architects designed 83 residential units within 26 buildings over an accelerated design/drawing phase. The project includes rehabilitation of 17 severely distressed multi-unit buildings scattered in the West End of Providence, as well as the construction of nine new buildings. Providing residents with modern living amenities such as open living areas, maximum insulation, energy efficient appliances and light fixtures and increased green space was a priority for the development team and for the residents.
