Lowell Community Health Center Phase II

Lowell Community Health Center’s mission is to provide caring, quality and culturally competent health services to the people of Greater Lowell, regardless of their financial status; to reduce health disparities and enhance the health of the Greater Lowell community; and to empower each individual to maximize their overall well being. DBVW Architects is extremely excited to continue working with this incredible organization on LCHC Phase II. This Phase II project continues the work begun in Phase I with the rehabilitation of the remaining 100,000 square feet of Mill #6 at 101 Jackson Street. The work comprises approximately 48,000 square feet of new healthcare space on the first three floors of 101 Jackson, including new departments such as Vision and Dental and the relocation and expansion of the Adult Medicine Departments. The remaining top three floors are being designed as “white box/shell” spaces for future healthcare or related businesses.
