Lederer Theater
The historic Lederer Theater Building, which contains the 650 seat Chace Theater and the 300 seat Dowling Theater, has received numerous improvements over the years including all new bathrooms; a new box office and reception area; lobby upgrades; exterior renovations of the terra-cotta facade; and ongoing upgrades to its mechanical, fire suppression, and life-safety systems. DBVW Architects designed all improvements to meet current code requirements while respecting the historic character of one of Providence’s most significant historic theater buildings.

Sean has been with DBVW Architects for nearly 20 years. Sean’s experience ranges from higher education to multifamily housing to cultural to commercial design. No matter the project type, Sean’s clients can depend on him to manage the quality, schedule and budget to exacting standards. Sean is on the Board at Trinity Repertory Company and has served on several committees at The Gordon School. He enjoys time outside the office with his wife (who is also an architect) and son.
