Carey School Residences

DBVW Architects worked with a developer to save a historic neighborhood elementary school and transform the building into thirteen market rate condominiums. The design retains and reuses historic elements and preserves the original character of the school while introducing new design elements and amenities conducive to contemporary living. Highlights include a rooftop terrace with views of Newport Harbor and upper floor units that feature exposed trusses and dramatic high ceilings.
