Martha Werenfels, Principal at DBVW Architects, recently spoke at the Salve Regina University Cultural and Historic Preservation Conference. Her presentation titled “Plymouth Town Hall: Returning the Center of Government to the Center of Downtown” discussed how the decision to bring Town Hall back to the center of Plymouth was an investment in the area’s historic core and directly contributed to a more walkable, vibrant downtown.
