The ideal candidate for this key full-time role is extremely organized, efficient and detail-oriented, and has previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A warm, outgoing personality and a “can-do” attitude are essential. The individual we seek is flexible, proactive and resourceful, experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, executive and marketing support-related tasks and able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to interact with staff, consultants and clients at all levels with a high degree of professionalism is essential to this role. This person must also be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office suite and possess excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.
